Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026 · GDPR and CCPA/CPRA compliant

1. Who we are

PulsePick (pulsepick.co) is an independent B2B software review and deal discovery platform operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to run the site: (a) information you voluntarily submit through our contact form, such as your name, email address and message; (b) anonymised technical data such as browser type, device category, approximate region and referring page; and (c) aggregated analytics about which pages and comparisons are viewed. We do not ask for, store or process payment card data, government identifiers, health data or other special category data.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site and, where enabled, privacy-friendly analytics cookies to measure aggregate traffic. Outbound affiliate links may set a vendor-side tracking cookie so that the vendor can attribute a signup to us. That cookie is controlled by the vendor under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing access to the content on this site.

4. How we use data

Personal data is used solely to respond to your enquiries, to prevent abuse and fraud, to comply with legal obligations, and to improve the accuracy and usefulness of our editorial content. We never use your data to build advertising profiles about you.

5. We do not sell or disclose your personal data

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties for their own marketing. Data may be processed on our behalf by infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contractual confidentiality and data-processing terms, or disclosed where required by law.

6. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we process data under: consent (optional analytics and any marketing email), legitimate interests (site security, abuse prevention, aggregate measurement) and legal obligation (record keeping). You may withdraw consent at any time.

7. Your rights (GDPR and CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. California residents additionally have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing — noting that PulsePick does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA. Exercising any right will never result in discriminatory treatment.

8. Data retention and security

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Aggregated analytics are retained in non-identifying form. All data is transmitted over TLS and access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service.

9. Children

This site is intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change; the revision date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Privacy requests can be sent to support@pulsepick.co and are answered within 30 days.
